Our clinic comprises a caring and diverse team of practitioners committed to helping you live a meaningful life. We recognise that life can get tough sometimes, and psychological challenges can prevent you from making the most out of it. Well, we’re here - and we are ready to listen, guide, and work with you to help you connect, grow and thrive.

What We Do

Our clinical team employs an integrative and collaborative approach in treating a broad range of psychological challenges and mental health care concerns.

We have experience in the following areas:

  • Depression and Mood Disorders
  • Relationship Distress
  • Pain from Injury and Chronic Pain
  • Grief and Loss
  • Significant Life Transitions
  • Acute Stress,Trauma, and PTSD
  • Parenting Concerns and Issues
  • Anxiety and Panic
  • Work-Related Stress
  • Well-Being and Resilience

We provide:

  1. Evaluation/Diagnosis -  We assess your concerns and overall functioning to identify the likelihood of a psychological challenge or disorder. This assessment helps us to develop  a treatment plan and direction.
  2. Individual Psychotherapy - We help individuals to identify their concerns and issues, and identify strategies to help cope with and manage these challenges, and to grow and thrive.
  3. Couples Therapy - We work with adults who experience difficulties in their relationship, helping them to build stronger connections and to help their relationships grow and thrive.
  4. Stress Management/Positive Psychology - We live in a world full of stressors that negatively impact our work, health, relationships, and overall well-being. We help individuals manage the things they can control and to develop skills to reduce the impact of many of life’s stressors.
  5. Psychological Testing - As part of an assessment and diagnosis, we administer and interpret psychological tests.

How We Do This

We need first to understand what exactly is troubling you. Afterwards, we will work together to develop the best treatment approach for you. We value listening. Before deciding a treatment approach, we consider your unique circumstances and what will help you achieve the changes you want.

  • Cognitive-behavioural therapy
  • Solution-focused therapy
  • Interpersonal therapy

We are honoured to be on the ancestral lands of the Nyoongar people: the traditional custodians of this land. We pay our respects to the Whadjuk and Binjareb Nyoongar people whose land we live and work from, and pay our respects to the Elders, past, present and emerging.
